Temporary file system access (Drive, Dropbox, or SharePoint) for the diagnostic scan

A half-day working session slot in the final week
Timely feedback on outputs — we work in short cycles, not long review loops

Clarity on boundaries matters. This engagement sets up the system — it's not an ongoing build-out.

The Collective Intelligence Vault is the system we built to run our own distributed team — four co-founders across different roles, each with an AI companion that knows their context, their communication style, and their domain.
